The Salvation Army, Petersfield is a warm and welcoming church catering for all ages, and seeks to “Live, love and serve the community in the name of Jesus Christ” in the practical ways that are typical of the Salvation Army.
Worship is varied to enable everyone to engage with God, and is based on the teachings of Jesus Christ. During the week we hold bible discovery groups to learn more about the Christian way of life, a family mid-week meeting and various community activities including Open Door every day, a Parent & Toddlers Group, Coffee Morning, Junior Club for 5-10 year olds, Lunch Club, and Brass Band.
