Fairtrade Fortnight Monday 25 February to Sunday10 March 2019

WednesdayDuring Fairtrade fortnight we at the United Reformed Church are delighted to be opening the church on a number of occasions for people to come and see our 'art installation’ put together by the talented youngsters at Froxfield Primary School. As well as this we want to offer people the opportunity to spend time praying with Fairtrade themed prayer stations, as well as providing a space to chat or just spend some time during the week. We will be opening on Monday 25th February, Wednesday 27th February, Monday 4th March and Wednesday 6th March between 10:00 am and 12:00 noon. Please do join us.

As well as this, on Saturday 2nd March, the church will be open for a morning of coffee and art. You will have the opportunity to see the installation by Froxfield Primary School as well as pieces by many local artists. There will be tea, coffee and biscuits (all fair-trade of course!) and the opportunity to hear more from Petersfield’s Fairtrade group and stock up on those essentials from the store. The event will run between 10:00 am and 12:00 noon and its free to attend, there will even be rock painting for the children! No need to book just turn up!

We seek to place the Church at the heart of the community, reaching out with the love of Jesus.

During the week there are activities for children, regular Alpha courses and house groups for adults. You can be sure of a warm welcome.
