Once again this year's walk was blessed by some sunshine and blue skies - though it was very cold. The service in The Square was led by the chair of PACT, Father Peter Hollinswith music provided by The Salvation Army band. After the service people were invited into St Peter's for tea, coffee and hot cross buns. The walkers stopped twice for readings of the Passion story, once in Lavant Strret and again in Rams Walk. You will be pleased to know that the lady who collapsed outside St Peter's during the service was quickly seen by ambulance staff and after brief visit to QA was discharged and is now recovering at home. |
