Christian Aid Super Soup Lunch: Saturday 1 February 2014
The Family Centre at the United Reformed church was packed as many people enjoyed the Christian Aid Super Soup Lunch
In addition to the meal there were stalls selling Fairtrade products, postage stamps and Sally was operating a stall selling a wide range of gifts to raise more money for this worthy cause.
April 2014: The Christian Aid Super Soup Lunch, raised £635. This was a record amount and the committee are very grateful to all those who made soup, served, washed up as well as everyone who came to enjoy the delicious lunch. Thanks very much.

Christian Aid works to expose the scandal of poverty, to help in practical ways to root it out from the world, and to challenge and change the systems that favour the rich and powerful over the poor and marginalised.
