Induction of Tim Concannon, Simon Mason and Helen Mason
as joint convenors of PACT 2016

A large number of Christians from PACT churches attended the induction of Tim Concannon, Simon Mason and Helen Mason as joint convenors of PACT for 2016 in the St Peter's on Sunday 17 January. Outgoing Chair, Rev'd Canon Will Hughes, passed on the PACT Bible which has been passed from one Chair to the next since 1968.

Tim Concannon has been a parishioner of St Laurence RC Church for more than forty years. A barrister by trade, his work brings him into contact with all sorts of vulnerable people. He has a deep and abiding interest in theology and Church History and has several published works, including a History of the Church in Petersfield and a Traditional History of the Bronze Age.

Simon and Helen Mason have been members of Life Church Petersfield for 17 years. Simon is a teacher and Head of Year at one of the local independent prep schools. He is also part of the Leadership team at Life Church Petersfield. Helen is part of the administration and worship team as well as one of the Messy Church leaders in Petersfield. They are both passionate about prayer, unity in the town, family and encouraging and supporting other churches in the local area.

Together we are looking forward to the next year with enthusiasm. The new co-convenors of PACT hope to get round to all of the PACT Churches to share in their principal Sunday worship during the course of this year.
