7:14 National and International Prayer

Petersfield on Thursday 1 December at 7:14

It was raining at 7:14 pm so most of us retired to St Peter's, though a few hardy souls remained out in The Square for a while.

About sixty people gathered around each of the eight banners and prayed for that area of concern:

  • Our Nation
  • Families
  • Education
  • Local Businesses
  • Govenment
  • Health
  • Employment
  • Leisure

Below are photographs of people gathered around some of these banners:

Health Local Businesses

Families Leisure

About 7:14

Chronicles 7:14Something is brewing. Whispers about it are going round the gossip networks. The smell of hope rather than cynicism is in the air. With words of love rather than hate on their lips, the Jesus followers are rising up. Along with thousands of others in their cities, throughout the country and around the world, let us meet in Petersfield Town Square on the first day of Advent, 1 December at 7.14 pm to pray for our nation as God has promised...

“If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” Chronicles chapter 7 verse 14.
